Bringing Your Whole Self to the Table in 2013

What’s your vision for 2013? There are going to be a lot of challenges, I guarantee you, but then you could set yourself up for moments of high-voltage joy, laser-focused attention to what’s necessary and ruthlessly cut out the unimportant and the only way to do that is to create a vision for what you want to have accomplished and who you want to be by the end of 2013. Every day, month and year we get to live transforms us and to make that transformation your true desire requires a plan that works, the strength to bring your whole self to the table and achieve those lifelong dreams – that are tied to our health, financial, career, and relationship well-beings.  There is no point going through 2013 with a lack of plan, lack of vision and preparation. Dissatisfaction and discouragement are not caused by the absence of things but the absence of vision.

For working mothers, the challenges are bigger and tougher, but nothing we can’t get through together. The important way to bring your full self to the table in your life, career and family is to first allocate your time and your effort, I know it sounds very easy to do, but it really takes discipline, learning to say no, automating your finances, planning quality time, planning your meals, fitness, sleep, focusing on the present, creating a to-do or done list, and even taking shortcuts.
